Terms: All orders must be paid by credit card . For your protection, all orders can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
No COD's or personal checks. If you want to pay by money order, we will allow this only if you mail in the MO with your signed purchase order, plus the correct amount for freight. We do not backorder. We only charge you for the items shipping on the day that they are actually sent, not before. Your credit card will be billed by Oasis Supply company, the parent company of Larks Cake and Candy Supply.
Pricing: A Note About Pricing: Orders are accepted on the condition that they are billed at the price prevailing on the date of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
As a general rule our prices are roughly 10% to 30% off of list prices, depending on the item.
Freight: See the chart below for our freight charges. Orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. A $5.00 handling fee will be added to all orders that ship other than our choice of carrier. The actual freight charge for some items will be more than what is listed below. We will notify you of this in the item description next to the product. The additional freight will be added onto your credit card. As a general rule these items are heavy or full cases of product. The freight charges listed below are for continental USA only, regular UPS ground. For all other locations, we will contact you with the freight charges, prior to shipping and charging your credit card. A $5.00 address correction fee may be charged to you for wrongly submitted addresses
International Orders: No problem.
Our international minimum order is $100.00 U.S. We will pack and send your order as economically as possible. Remember, the larger your order, the more economical the freight rates. We will contact you with the estimated freight charges. Please enter your billing and shipping information in the, "Special Instructions" area when checking out.
Claims & Returns: All shortage claims must be reported to LARKS Cake and Candy Supply customer service via email or phone within three (3) days of receipt. No returns will be allowed without a return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse returned items for other than defective or wrongly shipped merchandise. You must make claims for damage directly with the delivery carrier. All damaged products, including the shipping container, must be kept for the carrier's inspection. If desired replacement merchandise will be shipped and billed to you immediately. Your account will be credited for the damaged merchandise after the delivery carrier has completed the paperwork.
Edible items, seasonal items, and books cannot be returned. Items kept for over 14 days cannot be returned. Food items shipped during the summer months are shipped at the customer's risk. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed on authorized returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We are unable to control the availability of many items and therefore may find it necessary to substitute similar items to the one that was ordered. If you do not want substitutions, please indicate your instructions to us under, "Special Instructions" when checking out.
